- Western blot analysis of SCARA5 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with SCARA5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23551) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: Mouse heart tissue lysate; Lane 2: T47D whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 54 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of SCARA5 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle. Samples were incubated with SCARA5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23551) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
