- Western Blot analysis of cIAP1 was performed by separating 30 µg of non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts by 5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a cIAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29085) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

- Western Blot using cIAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29085). Whole cell extract (30 µg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with cIAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29085) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

- Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), HCT 116 (Lane 2), Hep G2 (Lane 3), NIH-3T3 (Lane 4), tissue extracts of Mouse Skeletal Muscle (Lane 5) and Mouse Lung (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-cIAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29085, 1µg/ml dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 70 kDa band corresponding to cIAP1 was observed across all cell lines and tissues tested. A non specific band around 30 kDa was also observed in all cell lines.
