(a) Two days after the first transfection, total proteins were extracted and subjected to Western blotting with DNMT1 and DNMT3A antibodies. Actin was used as loading control. The percentages of residual DNMT protein levels are indicated relative to the corresponding untreated controls normalized to 100%.
