- Western blot analysis of TRF2 expression in rat thymus extract (lane 1) and COLO320 whole cell lysates (lane 2). TRF2 at 75KD was detected using rabbit anti- TRF2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog #A00650-1) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
