- PA1-21011 detects Dystrophin in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. PA1-21011 has been successfully used in Immunohistochemistry (Frozen), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, and Western Blot procedures. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0 for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. Positive control of skeletal muscle suggested. Molecular weight of 427 kDa is expected. PA1-21011 immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide corresponding to C-terminal of human Dystrophin.
