Description

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes Beta klotho (KLB, a single-pass type I membrane protein). It is a hybridoma derived anti-KLB antibody. This antibody could induce intracellular signaling transduction in human, which leads to ERK and then Elk1 phosphorylation. The K_D values of this mAb to huKLB and cynoKLB are 3.3 nM and 3.52 nM respectively (Biacore).
