- Western blot analysis of NRXN3 in mouse brain tissue and SH‚SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in NRXN3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47714) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Neurexin 3/NRXN3 at approximately 160-170 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
