- Cell Proliferation Induced by Oncostatin M/OSM and Neutralization by Human Oncostatin M/OSM Antibody. Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM (Catalog # 295-OM) stimulates proliferation in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human Oncostatin M/OSM Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-295-NA). The ND50 is typically 0.02-0.04 µg/mL.
