Anti-LTBR ADCC Enhanced Antibody (BG9924) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco? platform. The Phase II trial of baminercept (BG9924, LT¦ÂR-Ig) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy with a disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) did not meet its primary endpoint. LT¦ÂR-Ig consists of the human LT¦ÂR extracellular domain fused to the human IgG1 Fc domain. It binds to LT ¦Á1/¦Â2 and LIGHT ligands on activated lymphocytes and natural killer cells, blocking interactions with their receptors on peripheral antigen-presenting and stromal cells.
