- Synthetic peptide
- Description
- This ERO1L antibody is useful for Western Blot, where a band ~57 kDa is observed. Depending on the samples used ERO1L can also appear as a doublet which is believed to represent the oxidized and reduced forms of the protein. Suggested positive control: 293T, INS-1, and MIN6 cell lysate.

- Ero1-Lalpha redox shift assay. GS-CHOK1SV cells in suspension were untreated (0 muM BSO) or treated with 20, 100, and 250 muM BSO. In addition reduced (10 mM DTT) and oxidized (10 mM DPS) controls were included. All cell samples were treated with a membrane permeable alkylating agent to freeze redox status following treatment with AMS to determine any change in migration relative to redox controls following SDS and western blot analysis with an antibody for Ero1-Lalpha.
