- Description
- MA1-33969 detects L1 from equine, human, guinea pig, canine, porcine, feline, ox, rabbit, rat, cynomlgus monkey, baboon, and rhesus monkey samples. MA1-33969 has been successfully used in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), and immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue) applications. This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment e.g. trypsin, 0.1% for 10 minutes or antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. A suggested positive control is human spleen. The MA1-33969 immunogen is Human monocytes. Store at 4ºC short term. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
