- Description
- Reconstitution: 1 X 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size. The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, it should be stored at -20C. The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4C, protected from the light, for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 X g 5 min).

- Expression of beta 3-Adrenoceptor in rat hippocampus - Immunohistochemical staining of rat hippocampal dentate gyrus using Anti- beta 3-Adrenergic Receptor (extracellular) Antibody (#AAR-017), (1:100), (green). beta 3-Adrenoceptor is strongly expressed in the hilus (H) and in the outer molecular layer (arrows). The distribution overlaps the entire layers, but is not restricted to nerve cells (stained red with mouse Anti-Parvalbumin). DAPI is used as the counterstain (blue).
