- Experimental details
- 5 X 105 cultured HPB-MLT human tumor cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 uL of CD2 monoclonal antibody, clone UMCD2/IE7E8 (Cat # MAB6895) at 1 ug/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.12 log 10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG2a negative control.
