- Detection of Human CD2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human CD2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18562) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for CD2 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Activation of CD3+ T cells with Mouse anti-Human CD2 Monoclonal Antibody. Human CD3+ T cells were negatively selected from PBMCs using MagCellect Human CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit (Catalog # MAGH101) and activated overnight on plate-bound Mouse anti-Human CD2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18562, 5 μg/ml) plus Goat anti-Human CD28 Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-342-PB, 2 μg/ml) to induce IFN gamma production. Cells were harvested and stained with Mouse anti-Human CD4 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3791G) and either (A) Mouse anti-Human IFN gamma PerCP-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC285C) or (B) Mouse IgG2B PerCP-conjugated isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC0041C).
