- Immunoprecipitation of MBD4 in Lane A: 0.5 mg Hela Whole Cell lysate, Lane B: 0.5 mg MCF-7 Whole Cell Lysate. Samples were treated with 60 μg of immunomagnetic Protein G beads, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118051) with a dilution of 1:500 , followed by Clean-Blot HRP Detection reagent using a dilution of 1:500. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 66 kDa, Observed band size: 53 kDa .
