- (LEFT) Purified rabbit anti-HDAC11 antibody (C-term) (Cat.#AP11143PU-N) was used in immunohistochemistry on Breast Carcinoma. (RIGHT) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testicle tumor tissue reacted with HDAC11 antibody (C-term) (Cat.#AP11143PU-N), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
