Description

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL. Mouse anti Human CD103 antibody, clone LF61 recognizes the human CD103 cell surface antigen, a glycoprotein expressed by approximately 1% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes and by hairy cell leukemia cells.
