Western blot analysis of FGFR1 using FGFR1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18344) (0.3 µg/mL) in staining of Human Breast lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Experimental details

Western blot was performed using Anti-FGFR1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18344) and a 100 kDa band corresponding to FGFR1 was observed across the cell lines tested. Modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), A549 (Lane 2), HCT 116 (Lane 3), HEK-293 (Lane 4), DU 145 (Lane 5), U-937 (Lane 6) and HT-29 (Lane 7) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 4-12 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (0.5 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Rabbit anti-Goat IgG Heavy Chain Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27014, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
