- Western blot analysis of Phospho-FGFR1 (Tyr651, Tyr652) in FGFR phosphoin recombinant fusion protein. Samples were incubated in Phospho-FGFR1 (Tyr651, Tyr652) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23353) using a dilution of 0.002 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG HRP secondary antibody. 1) phosphorylated tyrosine residues at positions 651 and 652 and 2) unphosphorylated tyrosine residues at positions 651 and 652. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of Phospho-FGFR1 (Tyr651, Tyr652) in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human breast tumor tissue. Samples were incubated in Phospho-FGFR1 (Tyr651, Tyr652) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23353) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL. Isotype control antibody (top left) and FGFR1 phospho antibody (bottom left, right).
