BOSC23 cells were transiently transfected with an expres-sion vector encoding either Granzyme K (red curve) or anirrelevant protein (control transfectant: black curve). Binding ofGM-26E7 was detected with a PE-conjugated secondaryantibody. A positive signal was obtained only with Granzyme Ktransfected cells.

- Fig2: BOSC cells were transiently transfected with expression vectors forGranzyme A, B, K, or M. Expression of the constructs was tested with an anti-myc monoclonal antibody (green curves), an irrelevant monoclonal antibodyserved as negative control (black curves). For specificity testing, GM-26E7hybridoma supernatant was tested on all transfectants. A positive signal wasobtained only with Granzyme K transfected cells (red curves).
