Experimental details

IHC staining of clone DU46-1.1 on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded Parkinson’s disease brain tissue. Following antigen retrieval using sodium citrate pH 6, the tissue was incubated with DU46-1.1 at 10 µg/ml for 24 hours at 4°C. BioLegend’s Ultra Streptavidin (USA) HRP Detection Kit (Multi-Species, DAB) was used for detection with DAB chromogen according to kit instructions.
