- Western blot analysis of HMOX2 was performed by loading HepG2 cell lysate (30µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a HMOX2 antibody (Product # PA5-49705) at a 1/500 dilution for 15 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
