- Western Blot using RBM10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30270). MCF-7 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RBM10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30270) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
