Experimental details

Western blot analysis of A33 in lysates of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in A33 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47444) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG. A specific band was detected for A33 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Western blot analysis of A33 in 0.2 mg/mL lysates of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in A33 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47444) using a dilution of 20 µg/mL. A specific band was detected for A33 at approximately 64 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Immunohistochemical analysis of A33 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon. Samples were incubated in A33 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47444) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
