- Protein G purified. NB100-66305 recognizes activated Raf-1, binding to the phosphorylated serine residue at position 338. The antibody binds to Raf-1 that has been activated by Ras or Src, but not to unactivated Raf-1. The antibody does not bind to Raf peptides phosphorylated at other sites, including Y341 and S339.
