- Western blot analysis of Phospho-PAK1 pThr84 in mouse hippocampal lysate using a Phospho-PAK1 pThr84 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35408). Results show a band at ~68kDa. Phosphospecificity is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase). The blot is identical to the control except that the lysate was incubated in Lambda-Ptase (800 units/1mg protein for 30 min). The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda-Ptase.

- Western blot of PAK1 in mouse hippocampal lysate showing specific immunolabeling of a band at ~68 kDa corresponding to Phospho-PAK1 (Thr84) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35408) in the first lane (-). Phosphospecificity is shown in the second lane (+) where the immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lysate treatment with lambda phosphatase (800 units/1 mg protein for 30 minutes).
