- Western Blot: ZBTB7A/Pokemon Antibody [NB100-761] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from TCMK-1 and NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB7/FBI-1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

- Immunoprecipitation: ZBTB7A/Pokemon Antibody [NB100-761] - Detection of human ZBTB7/FBI-1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB7/FBI-1 antibody NB100-761 (lot NB100-761-3) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. ZBTB7/FBI-1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-761-2) and rabbit anti-ZBTB7/FBI-1 antibody NB100-762. For blotting immunoprecipitated ZBTB7/FBI-1, NB100-761 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
