- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-CDK1 (Ser39) in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue. Samples were incubated with Phospho-CDK1 (Ser39) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12570) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

- Dot blot analysis of Phospho-CDK1 (Ser39). Samples were incubated with Phospho-CDK1 (Ser39) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12570) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. 50 ng of nonphospho-peptide or phospho-peptide were adsorbed on their respective dots on nitrocellulose membrane.
