- Western blot of SK-N-MC total cell extracts, treated with hydroxyurea for 22 hours to induce Tyr15 cdc2 phosphorylation (Control). The immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as the antigen (Peptide Block) but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide (not shown).

- Western blot of CDK1 in human T47D cells showing specific immunolabeling of a band at ~34 kDa corresponding to Phospho-CDK1 (Tyr15) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-4617) (Control, Lane 1). Treatment with EGF (30 ng per mL for 30 min) caused dephosphorylation of the Tyr15 on cdc2 (Lane 2). Phosphospecificity is shown in lanes 3 and 4, where the immunolabeling is completely eliminated by blot treatment with lambda phosphatase (1,200 units for 30 min).
