Description

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human U2OS whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human U-87MG whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, rat heart tissue, mouse testicular tissue. IHC: human oesophagus squama cancer tissue, mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: U20S cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry analysis of RBMS3 in U20S cell. Antigen retrieval was performed with enzyme antigen retrieval (15 min). Samples were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated in RBMS3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114400) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL (overnight, 4°C), followed by Cy3 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (30 min, 37°C) and DAPI at a dilution of 1:100.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of RBMS3 in paraffin-embedded rat brain tissues. Antigen retrieval was performed with citrate buffer (pH6, 20 min). Samples were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated in RBMS3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114400) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL (overnight, 4°C), followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG (30 min, 37°C) and Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB.
