Experimental details

Detection of Mouse IL-17 RB by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse liver tissue and mouse spleen tissue (negative control). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse IL-17 RB Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1040) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for IL-17 RB at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
