Description

Ispectamab is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting TNFRSF17, also known as B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). As an IgG1 subtype, it is engineered to potentially engage effector functions such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) to eliminate BCMA-expressing cells. This design makes it a candidate therapeutic for BCMA-positive malignancies, most notably multiple myeloma.
