- Western blot analysis was performed on membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HT-29 (Lane 1), SW480 (Lane 2), HCT 116 (Lane 3), Hep G2 (Lane 4), HeLa (Lane 5), NIH/3T3 (Lane 6) and MDA-MB-231 (Lane 7). The blot was probed with Anti-TGFBR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-36115, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 65 kDa band corresponding to TGFBR2 was observed across the cell lines tested. Apart from the desired band, 70 kDa band corresponding to the glycosylated form of TGFBR2 was detected in SW480 and MDA-MB-231 cell line.
