- Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-human SIT
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Bacterially produced recombinant IC fragment of human SIT.
- Description
- SIT1 (signaling threshold regulating transmembrane adaptor 1) is a protein-coding gene that is expressed in lymphoid organs. SIT is a key mediator of immunoreceptor-mediated signaling and acts as a regulator in T cell activation and T cell development. SIT plays a role in signal transduction by binding cytoplasmic adaptor Grb2 and phosphatase SHP2. SIT could also be involved in the negative regulation of TCR-Mediated signaling.
