- SOX17 in BG01V Human Embryonic Stem Cells. SOX17 was detected in immersion fixed definitive endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells using Mouse Anti-Human SOX17 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (green, left panel; Catalog # IC19241G) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature and counterstained with DAPI (blue, right panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.

- Detection of SOX17 in Definitive Endoderm-differentiated BG01V Human Stem Cells by Flow Cytometry. Definitive endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human SOX17 Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC19241G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
