This antibody recognizes intracellular part of Csk-binding protein (Cbp / PAG), a 46 kDa ubiquitously expressed transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane rafts (glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains), which however migrates on SDS PAGE gels anomalously as an 80 kDa molecule.

Experimental details

Western blotting analysis of human PAG using rabbit polyclonal antibody PAb (409) (Product # PA1-19375) on lysates of Daudi and Ramos cell line under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2µg/mL of rabbit anti-PAG monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody. PAG was detected around 65kDa.
