- Detection of Human PAG1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human PAG1 Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5285) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for PAG1 at approximately 70-85 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of Human PAG1 by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for PAG1 at approximately 76 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human PAG1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5285). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
