Description

This antibody detects human CLEC10A/CD301 in direct ELISAs and Western blots and mouse CLEC10A in Western blots. Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CLEC1, rhCLEC2, and rhCLEC3B is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of human immature dendritic cells and human mature dendritic cells. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human/mouse CLEC10A/CD301 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47665) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for CLEC10A/CD301 at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
