- Western blot detection of Phospho-MEK7/MAP2K7 pSer271 + pThr275 in extracts prepared from background extracts with GST-tagged fusion protein expressing MEK7. Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% polyacrylamide gel and transferred to PVDF. Membranes were blocked with a 5% BSA-TBST buffer overnight and probed using a Phospho-MEK7/MAP2K7 pSer271 + pThr275 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-28418).
