Experimental details

Recombinant human GFR?2 (black circles) binds to immobilized recombinant human Neurturin (Cat. No. 760304). Anti-human Neurturin antibody (purple squares, clone A16100E) inhibits the binding in a dose-dependent manner while the isotype control (grey triangles, Cat. No. 402202) does not have the effect. This antibody blocks the binding of 0.5 µg/mL recombinant human GFR?2 protein to 0.5 µg/mL of immobilized recombinant human Neurturin with an ND₅₀ = 0.2 - 5 µg/mL.
