- Neuron Survival in Response to Neurturin and Neutralization by Human Neurturin Antibody. Recombinant Human Neurturin (Catalog # 387-NE) supports the survival of dorsal root ganglion neurons from E10 chick embryos in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by MTT staining. Neuron survival elicited by Recombinant Human Neurturin (6 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human Neurturin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF387). The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.0 µg/mL.
