- Experimental details
- Western blot analysis of LAX1 in Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. Samples were incubated in LAX1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47652) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for LAX1 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line were stained with Goat Anti-human LAX1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47652) or isotype control antibodyopen histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
