- Figure 3 Effect of Quercetin on mRNA expression of some relevant ABC transporters ( a ) and on genes involved in the purinergic pathway ( b ). HepG2 cells were treated with Quercetin (165 muM) for 24 h. Cells treated with 0.25% DMSO were used as a control. Results are expressed as the mean and 95% confidence interval of three different experiments. Statistical analysis was performed on DeltaCt values by using multiple T-test followed by Holm-Sidak correction for multiple comparisons; * p < 0.05; *** p < 0.001.
