- Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody (6B12) [NB200-304] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Estrogen Receptor beta antibody [6B12] (NB200-304). The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
