- Detection of LIGHT/TNFSF14 in Human CD3+ T cells by Flow Cytometry. Human CD3+ T cells treated with 1 ng/mL PMA and 1 μg/mL Calcium Ionomycin for 36 hours were stained with Mouse Anti-Human LIGHT/TNFSF14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB664P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002P, open histogram).
