- Cell Proliferation Induced by APRIL/TNFSF13 and Neutralization by Human APRIL/TNFSF13 Antibody. Recombinant Human APRIL/TNFSF13 induces proliferation in mouse B cells in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human APRIL/TNFSF13 (200 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human APRIL/TNFSF13 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5860). The ND50 is typically 0.15-0.75 µg/mL.
