- Product name
- Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-human/mouse NTAL (LAT2)
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Recombinant cytoplasmic domain (91-243 a.a.) of human NTAL.
- Description
- Non-T cell activation Linker (NTAL) is a transmembrane adaptor protein with an apparent molecular weight of 30 kD expressed on B cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and myeloid cells. The NTAL protein is found in rafts, which are membrane microdomains that participate in B cell activation. NTAL interacts with a variety of proteins including Grb2, PLC gamma 2, and PLC gamma 1. This gene is one of the contiguous genes at 7q11.23 commonly deleted in Williams syndrome.
