- Immunocytochemical analysis of Agrin in Hela cells using a Agrin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112353) at a dilution of 1:133. The cells were treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4 hours and counter stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was an Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
