Experimental details

Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.5 ug of rat IgG1 kappa isotype control purified (open histogram) or 0.5 ug of CSF1R monoclonal antibody, clone 12-3A3-1B10 (Cat # MAB10872) (filled histogram) followed by Anti-rat IgG biotin and streptavidin PE. Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis.
