In Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) SOX1, rhSOX2, rhSOX5, rhSOX6, rhSOX7, rhSOX10, rhSOX12, rhSOX14, rhSOX15, rhSOX17, and rhSOX21 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of JEG-3 human epithelial choriocarcinoma cell line and BG01V human embryonic stem cells. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human SOX15 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48044) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for SOX15 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Immunocytochemistry analysis of SOX15 in immersion fixed human plasmid-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSK3). Samples were incubated in SOX15 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48044) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
